**RESET - REBALANCE - RE-ENERGISE**

*Join Colum and Tori for an autumnal Wellness Day Retreat at the breathtakingly beautiful Yoga Garden situated in a wild-flower meadow on the Knepp Estate, Horsham.*

**October 4th 2025**

**10.30 am - 5 pm**

The day will focus on the connection between Mind and Body. Encouraging and exploring this through functional movement, yoga, meditation, nutrition and a talk on how to apply this connection to every day life.

Our hope is that by the end of the day you will feel uplifted, energised and refreshed!

**Throughout the day you can expect:**

- A nature walk incorporating the 6 functional movement patterns
- A Vinyasa Flow Yoga class
- Delicious and nutritious lunch (and lots of snacks throughout the day!)
- Nutrition Talk
- Low impact fitness session
- Mind-Body Connection talk with Executive Coach Jackie
- Ending the day with a slow flow and Yoga Nidra Meditation

**Cost:** £130 for the day, includes both the exercise and yoga sessions, the talks, all food and exercise / yoga gear (Transport is not included).

**A little about us:**

**Colum** is a Wandsworth, SW London based dad of two, Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Coach. He understands how busy life can get juggling work, children and everything in between. Colum specialises in helping busy parents and professionals refocus their health and fitness in a sustainable way.

**Tori** is a mum and Yoga Teacher also based in Wandsworth, SW London. Tori has practiced yoga for over 15 years and is passionate about the positive transformational effect regular practice can have on the mind. Her classes are gentle, relaxed and open to all levels, blending breath and movement to cultivate strength and stillness, both on and off the mat.

**Jackie** is a leadership advisor and executive coach who incorporates her understanding of the Mind-Body Connection with her clients to help them develop and unlock more of their potential.

Tori and Colum are fully insured for the purpose of leading fitness and yoga classes, however, you take part in all retreat activities at your own will knowing that there is always the small chance of injury as with any physical activity.

In the event that you have to cancel your booking, please do so with as much notice as possible. We will do what we can to find a replacement for your space and therefore be able to refund your payment, however, if no replacement is found then unfortunately your payment will not be refunded.
