This is really a time to nourish body and mind, giving a moment back to yourself to just move slowly and breathe.

Please just bring yourself and a yoga mat, everything else will be provided!
I'm new to yoga, can I still come?
Yes, of course! I would love to have you join, the class is open to all levels and will be on the more relaxed / gentler side - no standing on our heads!
