This class is a chance to unwind, stretch and work on improving flexibility in areas that men can often hold tension in, such as hamstrings, glutes and hips. We will work on opening up those targeted areas with a gentle yoga flow.
Stretching and opening is so important (especially if you exercise regularly), not only does it improve our flexibility, but it builds strength, endurance and can help prevent injuries in later life.
This is open to all levels and very much beginner friendly - so please don’t stress if you’ve never done yoga before…
